At Brack Concrete Designs we can offer unique concrete centre piece designs for residential homes or commercial properties. We specialise in both Glass Reinforced Fibre Cement (GFRC) and in-situ concrete products with a passion for creating piece’s no one else has. GFRC is a specialized form of concrete that can be used with many applications.

It is effectively used to create kitchen benchtops, bathroom vanities, outdoor kitchens, façade wall panels, dining, coffee and hall tables due to its unique properties and tensile strength. Its made by combining a mixture of fine sand, cement, acrylic polymer, water, and other mixtures of alkali-resistant (AR) glass fibres. Specific mix designs created by using a GFRC mix calculator.

The high dose of glass fibres leads to high tensile strength while the high polymer content makes the concrete flexible and resistant to cracking.

Reinforced fibreglass scrim will increase the strength of the product and is critical in large projects and products where visible cracks are not tolerable.
